We have spent some time touring the Hebrides this summer renewing our stock photography with new images. Islands covered were Harris, Lewis, Shaints, Raasay,
Islay, Tiree, Coll and Gigha including the new MV Finlaggan now in service from Kennacraig to Islay.

Brian has been enjoying his first year in retirement and has recently returned from a trip to Australia where he visited family and friends. He spent time using a new Sony movie camera. He secretly always wanted to be a cinematographer! He has footage to edit of the flooding in Queensland last month, Loggerhead turtles nesting at Mon Repos and whale watching off Hervey Bay. The official launch of our new on line Picture Stock Library and Photo Gallery (for both commercial and personal purchases) was at the BAPLA Picture Stock Exhibition in London in early May last year. Now the library is on line, see www.stock.islandfocus.co.uk it will be added to on a regular basis. A panoramic sized coffee table extravaganza of a book, Spectacular Scotland is now available at all good bookshops throughout the UK at a RRP of £30. Sue contributed most of the panoramic photography for this epic work and launched this book with the author, James Gracie, at Ottakers in Oban on Thursday 27th April and Ottakars in Inverness on 6th July.
